SDL Extra SceenAfter his fight Komori decided to head to the Chatei for a drink, and possibly some cookies. As he walked in the already slightly disheveled establishment, made more so by a recent fight.
“Hello! Welcome to Chatei sir, take your set and someone will serve you shortly,” a server greeted him. She was a young woman tan, wavy hair and a pink kimono; though the way she walked indicated she was a bit of a klutz. Komori bowed in response and sat at one of the tables. While ScribeSDL has never been particularly active in of itself, the club is still open to all comers.

My hope is that it will become a place where writers can come to design a bio for use in SDL/SLI tournaments, although whether this idea will take off remains to be seen.

Please note my main account, *AriadneArca, with character bios and duels.

Also, pay attention to OCT rings outside SDL/SLI. *OCTFollowers has a Yellow Pages section on their journal which can help out writers looking for a comic artist to help them get into the graphics-only competitions, as well has posting up info on all current OCTs. Keep your eyes open - there are a few writers-based tournaments around. ;D

We are a brand new group dedicated to producing characters that fit the needs of writers, graphic novelists, and other creative types. If any of your writers needs help coming up with character designs or wants a drawing of a character, they can come to us! I don't know how you want us to allow your members to use us, but we are open to suggestions!

I personally find that creating a character is the best part of joining a league such as this: after all, what's the point of joining if the character you're focusing on, the keystone of your work, is someone else's?

But if someone is interested in using one of your characters for this, they can do so.

Well our characters aren't being given out for main characters. It's more for if a writer needs a back up character and can't come up with someone.
